Episode 2

Onozaki (Narumi Yui) is assigned to defend Kurita Nao (Yamatoki Satoshi), a high school basketball player involved in an assault case. At first, he believes Kurita’s claim of self-defense, but becomes suspicious of the witness’s testimony and heads to the scene to investigate. There, he happens to encounter Ando (Matsuyama Kenichi), a judge who is being treated as a suspicious person. The two arrive at the same question, but what awaits them is a truth unfavorable to the defendant, Kurita. Onozaki is torn between protecting his client’s interests and defending the truth.
