Noel Fitzpatrick treats a Labrador that is both a guide for the blind and a seizure alert dog, and has become lame in both its front legs. Invasive surgery could mean that the dog’s owner, Toni, is without her lifeline. Meanwhile, a couple hope that surgery will save their Rhodesian Ridgeback’s leg from a cancerous tumour, and Fitzpatrick Referrals receptionist Natalie’s Tibetan terrier becomes unwell.
