Boy Meets Mayor
Tom gets hired as the Mayor’s PR man just as the Mayor is involved in a scandal resulting from a sex tape he made with popular musician Roy Teppert. To renew himself, the mayor drags along Tom and Shamus, a little deaf singing boy, on a hot air balloon trip.
